Un trieur et une cellule \u00e0 grain permettent de trier et stocker les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales \u00e0 la ferme.<\/p>\n<p>Toutes les productions de la ferme sont certifi\u00e9es en Agriculture Biologique : mara\u00eechage, production c\u00e9r\u00e9ali\u00e8re et panification.<\/p>\n<h3 align=\"JUSTIFY\"><\/h3>\n<h3 align=\"JUSTIFY\">Les produits<b><br \/> <\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Pierre et Thomas sont aux petits soins sur les l\u00e9gumes de saison ; \u00c9tienne, lui, est en charge de la culture des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et de la fabrication des pains.<\/p>\n<p>Le bl\u00e9 est moulu sur meule de pierre et le pain, au levain, est cuit au feu de bois dans le four en brique.
